Business strategy

For many of his clients he acts as the commercial conscience of the business. Often, this means assuming the role of surrogate commercial director, becoming intimately involved in the ongoing business on a regular basis, typically involving monthly or quarterly meetings.

Much of the consultancy work involves formulating business strategy. Julian will help clients make decisions not only on investment / disinvestment decisions, but also advise on people management, whether this is creating schemes designed to motivate and incentivise staff, or people development programmes and confidence building.
